We’re looking for a Head Chef to join our growing team!
The Head Chef will combines excellent cooking, kitchen management, team management and people skills. The position is client facing and is central to the relationship clients build with food throughout their treatment at Orri.
Desired skills and expertise:
- A minimum of 5 years experience delivering a high quality kitchen service
- Excellent HACCP knowldge with Food Hygeine at Level 3 or Higher
- Previous experience managing the exceptional standards in our kitchen, we currently maintain a 5 star food Hygiene standards rating.
- Adhere to all local and national policy’s and regulatory requirements and standards and leads the organisation in recognizing the required policies for and associated procedures for Orri
- Has high level of physical stamina and ability to work consistently in a busy kitchen environment
