Meeting you where you are.

Our Blend Programme is a unique programme for eating disorder recovery, combining both our in person and online treatment programmes for long-term, sustainable recovery.

By moving between in person and online support, individuals can take Orri home with them, nurturing autonomy in key aspects of the recovery journey.

It may be that this is your first time accessing treatment, but you need the flexibility that comes with our online programme to work treatment around your existing commitments or location. Alternatively, you may be at a place in your journey where you want to nurture autonomy in recovery by “taking Orri home” with you, to practise what you’ve learned in the building (such as with meal preparation and daily routines). Our blend programme empowers clients to take responsibility for their recovery whilst keeping them connected to their everyday lives outside treatment.

How it works.

Following an assessment, clients are invited to join a treatment programme lasting a minimum of 6 weeks.

Programmes consist of:

  • Specialist therapy groups
  • Nutrition groups
  • Supported meals
  • Weekly individual therapy
  • Regular registered Dietitian/Occupational Therapy sessions
  • Recovery Record mobile app for mood and food tracking, and keeping clients connected to their clinicians

Our group sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 individual participants to ensure everyone’s experience is held and witnessed.

Programme structure

Together, we’ll create a programme of in person full day sessions, and online full or half day sessions according to your individual needs for recovery.

In Person

Clients join a minimum of 3 days per week, up to 5 days per week, depending upon their individual needs for recovery. Days run from 10:30am – 6:30pm.

Online

Clients join a minimum of 3 morning, afternoon, or full day sessions per week.

Half day sessions run for 4 hours: morning sessions run from 9.30 until 1:30pm and afternoon sessions run from 1.30pm until 5.30pm.

Full day sessions run for 8 hours from 9:30am until 5:30pm.

We include breaks throughout the day and ongoing support between groups and meal sessions from the team.
