A safe space for you to be, you.

Based in central London, Orri is a tranquil space that allows you to find safety in the process of working towards recovery.

Our building is purposefully designed and trauma-informed to provide spaces to explore all aspects of yourself and the eating disorder.

Alongside comfortable and confidential therapy rooms to engage in individual and group therapy, our open kitchen provides a social setting that fosters a collaborative approach to food and mealtimes.

Our yoga and body awareness room creates an environment for gentle and paced reconnection to the body.

Holding inclusivity at the heart of what we do, ‘The Orri’ room on the 3rd floor is a space for prayer and faith observation, as well as grounding and calm for neurodivergent individuals.

Each corner of our clinic reflects our core values of compassion, kindness and hope. For many clients, it feels like a home away from home.

The people behind Orri

Orri’s team have spent their careers working alongside individuals and their families with different disciplines for eating disorder recovery.

"Remember, however hard it feels or however long it takes, recovery is possible."

In treatment with us, our clients see a highly significant improvement in their psychological symptoms as well as a significant decrease in restrictive symptoms with food.

What is an Orri?

The word “orri” originated in the Eastern Pyrenees and refers to an enclosure traditionally used to shelter sheep and shepherds from the elements.

An orri has an opening that allows those in need of shelter to travel in and out as they wish, taking protection when needed and travelling onwards when they are ready.

At Orri, we welcome clients who wish to take shelter during times of challenge. Our door is open so that travellers on their eating disorder recovery journey can visit when in need, and leave to continue onwards when they are ready.
