Kerrie Jones, Orri CEO & Founder, spoke with Stylist on the process that can be felt when communicating through text message:

“When we write messages or text it’s complicated. We have the option of deliberating, editing and constructing a whole new version of ourselves. Messages can be left unread or read and unanswered; they may be criticised or judged or laughed at. The list goes on. Fundamentally, once they are sent, we temporarily lose control and we have no real way of knowing how they are landing with the reader until we hear back. This isn’t comfortable for most people.”
