Eat-26 assessment

The most widely used standardised self-report measure of symptoms and concerns characteristic of eating disorders.

Hi , thank you for taking the Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26)!

Your total EAT-26 score is:

This score suggests your eating disorder risk is low. However, it is important to remember that there’s no ‘one way’ to have a problem like an eating disorder, and some clients with diagnosed eating disorders score within this range. As such, a “low risk” score does not necessarily mean that you have zero risk.

If you are concerned about your symptoms – no matter your score – we advise reaching out to a specialist to talk through your experience. You are welcome to contact Orri’s team to learn more about how we work, but you may also wish to explore your options with your GP.

If at any time you have immediate concern for your health and wellbeing, we recommend calling 999 or visiting your nearest A&E.

“I found Orri at a critical time when I could have easily gone into the depths of my eating disorder. I feel so incredibly grateful to have been fortunate enough to have treatment at Orri. The approach they take is so different to any other treatment I have had before."
