Our homely centre is a classic Marylebone townhouse with comfortable, contemporary interiors that make the most of the spacious, naturally lit rooms. We have 15 group and individual therapy rooms spread over five storeys.

Our unique therapy kitchen, and our body-based space and yoga studio all form part of this specialist clinical and therapy centre, providing a safe, welcoming, and reassuring environment.

Individual therapy sessions are confidential, safe spaces for you to explore the different aspects of who you are, your eating disorder, and your goals for recovery.

Sessions are led by expert eating disorder clinicians who offer a trusting and non-judgmental relationship, helping you feel seen, heard, and understood in your experience.

Our approach creates space to understand the underlying causes of the eating disorder whilst healing the behavioural symptoms in tandem, ensuring long-term, sustainable eating disorder recovery.

We do this through a number of evidence-based and innovative approaches that meet your needs and evolve with you over time.

The only CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ specialist eating disorder service in the UK

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

In our first full inspection in 2021, Orri was rated ‘Outstanding’ overall, as well as recognised as ‘Outstanding’ in all of the CQC’s five key lines of enquiry: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.

This means Orri is “performing exceptionally well” to meet the needs of our clients, and this rating puts Orri in the top 1% of all health and social care services in England.
