Eat-26 assessment

The most widely used standardised self-report measure of symptoms and concerns characteristic of eating disorders.

Welcome to Orri.

As the UK’s leading private eating disorder clinic, we offer expert, evidence-based treatment with kindness and compassion.

We recognise that everyone’s relationship with food, body image, and eating is unique. While eating disorders vary, common signs can guide you toward recovery.

The EAT-26 questionnaire below is a trusted tool for identifying these signs and connecting you with the support you need. Whatever your experience, we are here to offer care and kindness every step of the way.

Eating disorder questionnaire

This is a screening measure to help you determine whether you might have an eating disorder that needs professional attention. This screening measure is not designed to make a diagnosis of an eating disorder or take the place of a professional consultation.

Please fill out the questionnaire as accurately and honestly as possible. There are no right or wrong answers. All of your responses are confidential.
