Orri is a specialist eating disorder treatment clinic offering expert day treatment and outpatient programmes for long-term recovery.
Nurturing Hope is our free collective healing space led by Orri clinicians, exploring eating disorder recovery through a central and relevant theme. This month, we’re focusing on “Spring Renewal.”
March often brings a sense of change – longer days, signs of growth, and expectations of renewal. For those in eating disorder recovery, this can bring mixed feelings: hope alongside anxiety, and a desire for change alongside the need for stability.
Our theme, “Spring Renewal,” explores what gentle growth looks like in recovery and how community plays a vital role in sustaining it. In line with Eating Disorder Awareness Week 2026’s theme of Community, we’ll reflect on how recovery is supported by relationships, routines and shared care – not achieved in isolation.
Through this session, we’ll explore how to recognise readiness for change, how to stay connected during periods of uncertainty, and how small, supported shifts can lead to lasting recovery. Join us as we consider how renewal in recovery is less about starting over, and more about growing steadily – together.
