Join Orri, the UK’s leading provider of specialist day treatment for eating disorders, and be part of a forward-thinking, recovery-focused service rated ‘Outstanding’ in all five areas by the CQC.

About Orri

Orri is transforming the way eating disorders are treated in the UK. Founded in 2018, we provide intensive day treatment for individuals aged 16+, offering an evidence-based alternative to inpatient hospitalisation and enabling earlier intervention — because we know early support leads to better outcomes.

Our vision is simple: Recovery for All.

We deliver stepped, recovery-based treatment both in-person and online, combining clinical excellence with compassion and kindness at our core.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced CAMHS Psychologist to join our online day care CYP pathway, supporting young people aged 13–18 with eating disorders.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a highly specialist MDT, delivering psychologically informed care that is both structured and flexible, helping young people build the skills needed for recovery and independence.

You will play a key role in:

  • Delivering individual and group therapy within our online day programme
  • Completing specialist psychological assessments and formulations
  • Supporting families and carers as part of a systemic approach
  • Contributing to treatment planning, risk management, and discharge pathways
  • Working collaboratively across services including schools, CAMHS, and external professionals
  • Supporting the development and ongoing evolution of our CYP services

This role combines clinical excellence, innovation, and compassion, within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent), with HCPC registration
  • Experience working within CAMHS, particularly with young people aged 13–16
  • Experience working with eating disorders
  • Confidence delivering both individual and group interventions
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, formulation, and multidisciplinary working
  • A warm, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for supporting recovery
  • Experience delivering therapy online/remotely is highly desirable.

Why Join Orri?

  • CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ service
  • Monday – Friday working pattern
  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) + Christmas closure
  • Enhanced family leave package
  • Strong CPD and professional development support
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Online rewards & cashback scheme
  • Two annual corporate events + social events

Orri is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our clients. All appointments are subject to appropriate background checks.

If you’re ready to help redefine eating disorder recovery in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
