Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth running of daily kitchen operations, leading meal preparation and service when required, and ensuring excellence in food quality, hygiene, and client care.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a therapeutic, non-commercial kitchen where the focus is not on volume but on nourishing clients as part of their recovery journey. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to contribute meaningfully to an innovative, mission-driven service.

About Orri

Orri is the UK’s leading provider of day treatment for eating disorders, guided by our vision of Recovery for All.

We deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused treatment for individuals aged 16+ through both our central London centre and our full online service. Our programmes take a stepped, highly personalised approach, ensuring treatment evolves with each client’s recovery journey.

Founded in 2018, Orri offers an intensive day treatment model that bridges the gap between community and hospital care. With demand for specialist support rising, we are expanding our services across England to increase access to compassionate, expert treatment.

About the Role

The Chef de Partie supports the Head Chef in delivering a high standard of nourishing, recovery-supportive meals throughout the week. You will regularly lead meal preparation and service when the Head Chef is focusing on administrative or management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and consistent delivery of the weekly menu.

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
