Vicky is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Yoga Therapist, helping clients to unify mind and body through both somatic (body-based) and talk-based approaches.
She is passionate about the power of combining practices from Eastern wisdom traditions with understanding from modern neuroscience and psychotherapy to help people rebuild and restore their relationship with self. She aims to support her clients to develop a greater sense of safety, resilience, and agency within and to develop their “felt sense” to access and give voice to their experience.
Over the past decade, Vicky has worked in both clinical and non-clinical settings supporting a wide range of mental health issues. In the last four years, Vicky has supported clients with eating disorders to develop a balanced and nurturing relationship with their bodies. She works in both Orri’s Day Service and Outpatient settings.
Vicky holds a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Yoga Therapy.
