Vicky is a Yoga Therapist, helping to unify mind and body through somatic (body-based) approaches, such as yoga and mindfulness.
Over the past decade, Vicky has worked in both clinical and non-clinical settings supporting a wide range of mental health issues. In the last four years, Vicky has supported clients with eating disorders in finding a balanced and nurturing relationship with their bodies.
Vicky blends practices from the Eastern wisdom traditions with understanding from modern neuroscience and psychotherapy to support regulation and grounding.
She is passionate about the power of somatic therapy in helping people rebuild and restore their relationship with self; building a sense of safety, resilience, and agency within, and using their “felt sense” to access and give voice to their experience.
