Marta started her Orri journey on the 3rd of July as a Specialist Intake Assessor within the Admissions Team.
Her academic background is in Psychology, and she completed an MSc in Clinical Adult Psychopathology. More recently, she completed an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care.
Marta has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, in both private and non-profit sectors, and in inpatient units or community settings. She has worked with a variety of clients over her professional trajectory, including those with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and rough sleepers.
Her job roles have varied and evolved over the years. Marta has worked as a support worker, psychologist, employment advisor, team coordinator, and service manager. Her last work experience before joining Orri was at North Kent Mind as the Supported Housing Services Manager in Dartford, Kent.
