Meet the team

Lauren Bueno,

Eating Disorders Associate

Lauren is an Eating Disorder Associate (EDA) from California, USA. In this role, she collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide both therapeutic and nutritional support to clients in their recovery journeys. Her approach is rooted in empathy and respect, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal.  

Lauren holds a Master of Science in Global Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University. Her educational background equips her with a solid foundation in both nutrition science and public health.   

Prior to her current role, Lauren gained experience working as a dietetic technician in eating disorder programs back in California. With her expertise in nutrition science, intuitive eating, and crisis management, Lauren has worked with individuals of all ages, from adolescents to adults, helping them regain control of their health and relationship with food.  

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring the vibrant city of London and soaking up as much of the rare ‘London sun’ as possible.
