Havva Goldring,

Somatic Therapist

I’m a Somatic Therapist at Orri. I came to this work by an unusual route of ten years in the Metropolitan Police before retraining as a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and beginning my training in integrative yoga psychotherapy. Those years put me alongside people on some of the hardest days of their lives, and taught me to stay steady, grounded and compassionate when things feel overwhelming. I now bring that steadiness to a gentler purpose in helping people come back into their bodies as a place of safety and a resource, rather than somewhere to fear. I bring warmth, a bit of playfulness, and I’m not afraid of big emotions or of what needs to surface. Outside work you’ll find me on my yoga mat, out walking, or dancing with friends.
