Haley Justice,

Head of Service Operations & Client Journey

Haley is Head of Client Journey and Service Operations at Orri Specialist Eating Disorder Clinic, where she oversees the client pathway from initial enquiry through to discharge across Orri’s treatment services. Her role focuses on ensuring that every stage of the client experience is safe, responsive, compassionate, and operationally effective.

Working closely with clinical, operational, and technology teams, Haley leads the Administration, Admissions, and Case Management functions, supporting high standards of service delivery across in-person, outpatient, and online programmes. She also oversees the ongoing development and implementation of MyOrri, Orri’s internally developed secure client and carer platform, project managing digital service improvements that enhance accessibility, communication, and continuity of care.

Haley brings extensive experience from person-centred roles within the healthcare sector, alongside robust academic and professional training in psychology and nutrition. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to collaborative care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, with a particular interest in how digital innovation can support meaningful therapeutic journeys and improve client outcomes.

She is passionate about creating systems and services that enable both clients and teams to feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout treatment and recovery.
