Anna Walsh,

Psychotherapist and Senior Social Worker

She/Her

Anna is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Senior Social Worker at Orri, with over fifteen years’ experience across specialist mental health services, Local Authorities and private practice.

Originally from Scotland, Anna trained and practised as a Social Worker in Edinburgh before moving to London where she completed her training as a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist. She has worked across several London Boroughs, specialising in complex family trauma, addiction, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. Her work has centred on supporting individuals and families through traumatic experiences and significant life transitions.

Anna works relationally, viewing the therapeutic relationship as central to psychological change. Drawing on psychodynamic and existential modalities, she works with clients to deepen self-understanding, recognise longstanding patterns of relating and create meaningful change.

At Orri, Anna provides individual and group psychotherapy for people experiencing eating disorders.  She works holistically, exploring the emotional and relational meanings that symptoms may hold, while creating a reflective therapeutic space in which clients can safely understand the underlying sources of their distress and move towards sustained recovery.
