Amy studied Psychology at Loughborough University, where she also worked as a Student Research Assistant at Leicestershire Adult Eating Disorder Service. She recently graduated with an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London. Alongside her master’s studies, she volunteered with BEAT as a Digital Helpline Volunteer.
Amy is passionate about furthering research and education on the link between autism spectrum disorder and eating disorders to improve the understanding and support available for individuals affected by both conditions. She takes a compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring that each individual’s unique experiences and needs are fully understood and addressed.
