Jolandi du Preez,

Senior Occupational Therapist

Jolandi is an Occupational Therapist with 35 years’ experience in mental health with specialist expertise in trauma, PTSD and eating disorders. After completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree in South Africa, she worked across a range of mental health settings before moving to the UK in 2005. Since then, she has provided treatment for adults and adolescents in community services, inpatient facilities, charities, and private practice. She has developed, managed, and evaluated treatment programmes and is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

At Orri, Jolandi provides individual and group therapy and is committed to evidence-based assessment and treatment, with occupation at the centre of her work. She uses occupational formulation to remain client-centred, collaborative, and occupation-focused. She takes time to understand what matters most to each person and what makes their life uniquely meaningful, working alongside them to open up new opportunities and change the way they feel about the future.

Alongside her current role, Jolandi runs a private practice offering Mental Health Occupational Therapy treatment, clinical supervision and training.
