Andie Chilson,

Andie Chilson has worked in eating disorders treatment for over three years at both the day treatment and outpatient levels. Most recently, Andie worked at a private practice in Washington, DC in the US, focusing primarily on eating disorders, as well as co-occurring conditions like OCD, anxiety and neurodivergence. Andie enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and is especially passionate about helping clients to move towards living a life more aligned with their values. 

Andie’s clinical approach encompasses a combination of somatic as well as cognitive interventions, ultimately working towards strengthening the mind-body connection. Some of Andie’s go-to approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems. Andie is a firm believer that everyone is capable and deserving of full recovery, and is honored to walk alongside her clients as they do the incredibly challenging work of reclaiming their lives to live in accordance with their own values.
