Scarlett is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her training in Australia and has extensive experience supporting people with eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. Before joining Orri, she worked across public and private outpatient services, providing evidence-based treatment to clients at all stages of recovery.
At Orri, Scarlett offers both individual and group therapy. She is trained in a range of leading, research-supported treatment approaches, including Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), the Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM).
Scarlett is passionate about helping individuals build a more peaceful and empowered relationship with food, eating, exercise and their body. She works from a non-diet, size-inclusive stance and partners with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours with curiosity, compassion and respect.
