Libby is a Treatment Advisor from London, who supports individuals in their recovery with a compassionate, person-centred approach. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology, where she researched the relationship between dietary diversity, exercise, and sleep quality. She went on to complete an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition at University College London. Under the supervision of Dr Paul Robinson, her master’s research focused on the oral microbiome in anorexia nervosa and its potential role in the course and treatment of the illness. She has also gained experience working in NHS community mental health teams.
Her academic and professional interests sit at the intersection of nutrition and psychology, with a particular focus on the shared mechanisms between eating disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. She is passionate about bridging research and clinical practice to improve understanding, treatment, and support for those affected.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys reading, running, and spending weekends with friends exploring new food places or markets.
