Introducing our new webinar series on body image as part of our #SummerWithoutShame pledge; hosted by Sophie Killip, Psychotherapist at Orri.

This session will aim to provide a supportive and reflective space where you can start to identify and understand body shame and its triggers, and begin to introduce compassionate and empowering ways to move through it.
