Alison Bryan,

Bookkeeper

Alison began her financial career in the City of London in 1989 where she began her training in accountancy, qualifying as an AAT with distinction (Association of Accounting Technicians). Many fun and hardworking years in the City followed, performing management accounts for large banks such as Mizuho, CitiBank, Banca Intesa and Deutsche Bank.

Whilst growing a family, she decided to nurture her skill set and so left the city for greener pastures, refreshing her qualifications with an IAB (International Association of Bookkeepers) accreditation and later with the ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers). She now owns her own successful bookkeeping practice.

When not looking at numbers, Alison likes to spend time with her husband and 20 something son and visit the theatre. She also loves to travel to new places, and can often be found reading an atlas in preparation for her next trip. Alison winds down by playing netball at the weekends and cycling or running to keep herself healthy and happy.
