Izzy is a qualified, HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist with broad clinical experience across eating disorder services, NHS psychiatric wards, secondary schools, sixth form colleges and centres for adults with learning difficulties. She has supported individuals navigating a range of complex challenges including eating disorders, anxiety, self-harm, identity and sexuality issues, aggressive behaviour, non-verbal or SEN needs, psychosis and personality disorders.
Izzy integrates creative therapeutic techniques with traditional talking therapy to provide a dynamic, person-centred approach. Her practice is grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theory and shaped by international cultural experience and creative collaboration.
With her warm, trauma-informed and inclusive approach, Izzy brings empathy, playfulness and sensitivity to her work. At Orri, she facilitates both individual and group therapy, using imaginative and embodied methods to foster emotional expression, unconscious understanding, resilience and recovery. She is deeply committed to the transformative potential of the arts in healing and growth.
