Luna works closely with Orri’s consultant psychiatrists to manage their diaries and take detailed clinical notes during psychiatric appointments. She also plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of our service by assisting with compliance work, including conducting quality checks, supporting audits and Radar management to ensure that we uphold our ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating. In addition, Luna assists with day-to-day administrative tasks such as organising client discharges, communicating with GPs, scheduling group and individual sessions, and MDT minute-taking to help ensure smooth operations across the clinic.
Luna holds an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology, an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Clinical and Organisational Psychology. Her academic background is complemented by hands-on experience in mental health, which enhances her support of our clinical team.
Outside of work, Luna volunteers as a mental health coach for Overcome, a global mental health charity dedicated to making psychological support accessible to all.
