Ruby is our Outpatient Administration and Operations Manager, having joined Orri at the beginning of Outpatients in 2023.
Ruby plays a key role in making sure outpatient services run smoothly and efficiently every day. With a background in healthcare administration, she manages the day-to-day operations and ensures that every aspect of the outpatient experience is well-organized and client-focused. Ruby works closely with both the clinical and operational team to streamline processes, support the team and clients, and maintain the highest standards of service and compliance.
Having been involved in the start of the Outpatients, Ruby is passionate about constantly innovating and improving the service to ensure it need the needs of clients and their families.
When she is not at work, Ruby enjoys immersing herself in books, music and film. Whether exploring a new gallery and or going to a live gig, she finds her inspiration through creativity and culture.
