We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals with experience of working with eating disorders.
Successful applicants will demonstrate experience in delivering both group and one-to-one therapies, preferably within in a multi-disciplinary team setting, both online and in person.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will have responsibility for the assessment and provision of Orri clients’ therapeutic needs.
Responsible for the development and evaluation of therapeutic interventions and psychotherapy, they will deliver relevant forms of Psychotherapy/Psychology in partnership with clients, carers and other professionals, where appropriate, in line with agreed standards, clinical polices and without direct day to day supervision, for those clients who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder.
The post holder will contribute to the delivery of the daily Orri therapy programme and will report to the Director of Clinical Services.
They will be expected to manage a specialised caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
They will provide specialist advice on therapeutic interventions to service users, carers, other disciplines and agencies. Orri will provide the post-holder with direct supervision and access to continuous professional development. Specialist supervision will be arranged in conjunction with the post holder.
The post holder will have a robust knowledge of the physical and psychological impact of eating disorders on clients and their families and the impact of same on interpersonal relationships.
They will ensure physical and psychological well-being of the client is supported through their practice and relevant referrals for physiological treatments are made and monitored within their practice. If you would like more information on this position, we’d like to hear from you!
