Sam Cowley,

Kitchen Consultant

Sam has over a decade of experience as a chef, working in restaurants, supper clubs, and event catering. Sam started at Orri in 2022, initially as a cover chef and later assisting in the kitchen’s transition to the Wimpole Street location.

In the role of Kitchen Consultant, Sam supports the Head Chef with menu planning, staff coordination, and serves as a point of contact between the kitchen team and the wider organisation. Sam also contributes to writing policies and procedures and identifying improvements to enhance service quality while maintaining safety standards.
