Meet the team

Sabrina Fish,

Sabrina is a psychotherapist within the in-person daycare team at Orri. Her role includes supporting clients with individual psychotherapy and facilitating therapeutic groups.

Sabrina is a psychotherapist specialising in eating disorders, highly sensitive person(s), self-harm, adolescents, and self-compassion/self-acceptance. She incorporates traditional talk therapy and other mind-body practices, including somatic techniques and meditation, when appropriate. When working with clients, Sabrina considers the whole person – mind, body, soul – and past, present, future – to help support them in becoming their authentic selves.

Sabrina received her graduate degree from Antioch University and has worked in several clinical settings, including private practice, residential treatment, daycare, outpatient programmes, and school wellness centres. Previously, she worked at two other prominent eating disorder centres located in the US and has over eight years of experience in the field of eating disorders. She has completed additional training in somatic therapy, nutritional psychology, and other modalities.

When asked about what she likes about Orri, Sabrina mentioned her appreciation for how Orri utilises a unique approach. She also stated how the structure adds a lot of room for flexibility, understanding, and tailoring the programme to the individual’s needs.
